It decided to snow on my May Day parade. Sadly, on this blog's anniversary I must announce that you won't be reading of my racing and training exploits for a while. As previously implied it will take a few weeks for my body to heal properly so I guess I can only speculate on what could've been. Each winter I patiently worked my butt off to build a better engine and this year looked very promising as I seemed to reach the top of my game. The frustration is starting to wear off now and boredom is setting in. For once I know I'm well rested (that's a euphemism for being out of shape) and really looking forward to a speedy convalescence. Eating less will be a challenge as I usually don't diet during summer, but burning 1000 calories per day less than usual will be reflected in my reflection if I don't.
