Back in training.

This is definitely a new territory. Since starting to train with power, I've never experienced -15 TSB (freshness/snap) at only 50 CTL (low base). The algorithm may be askew, because it surely doesn't feel the same as -15 TSB at 85 CTL (higher base). Dang, I'm out of shape! At least 3 more weeks until I'm riding outdoors. :-(

You are a glutton for punishment. Riding indoors during the cold, wet, dark winter months is one thing. Staying inside when it's sunny and in the 70's is pure insanity. I don't know how you do it...

Perhaps it's just the road bike you need to avoid riding outside? Let's get together for a dirt ride in Corner Canyon. We can do repeats on Clark's.

What's missing in my post is that I'm still wearing a cast on my wrist. Speaking of training indoors in the summer, you should see the new high velocity, industrial strength fan I bought. It's like training in front of a propeller. :p

Believe it or not, I've been thinking about your Clark's TT challenge, but only if it's uphill.

You're in luck. The Clark's TT is climbing at it's best. However, I don't know how we'd (referring to the local mountain bike community) feel if a roadie took out the top spot. I'll look for your initial result in 3 weeks.

Based on the looks of things, you should be peaking in October...!

Yes, City Creek is my new A-race. I'll need a lot of base for that one.
